Kawon Gregory and Robert Mannings Promoted to Shift Team Leaders

UZIN UTZ North America today announced the promotion of two internal employees, Kawon Gregory and Robert Mannings, to Shift Team Leaders.  

We are pleased to share a bit more about both of these individuals below.

• Kawon started with UZIN UTZ North America in May 2019 in a general production operator role. Quickly his positive attitude, willingness to take on new challenges, and teamwork found him working his way “up the tower”. 
  “Working for this company presents daily challenges that force you to work together as a team to maximize the daily output.” stated Kawon Gregory. “UZIN UTZ North America has really built a lot of character in myself and my teammates with the help of Lori pushing us to achieve more both professionally and personally”
  During Kawon’s free time he enjoys spending time with his newborn son, and watching all types of sports especially during basketball season. Kawon’s hopes that his leadership by example and positive outlook inspires others on his team to succeed.
   
• Robert Mannings started with UZIN UTZ North America in 2020 in the production area of boxing and bagging. Robert always raised his hand when opportunities presented themselves and his willingness to learn found him a role in the Control Role.
  “It is very important to be proactive in this job to accomplish the daily tasks.” stated Robert Mannings.  “The ability to take on different challenges each day is a very unique part of this job and one that I enjoy.”
  Robert in his off time enjoys spending time at the beach, outdoor activities, and running. Robert hopes that his willingness to constantly learn about various aspects of the manufacturing process helps guide his team on a daily basis.
